Physiotherapy is a method of treatment that can help movement, strength, and flexibility. The treatments aim to reduce pain, increase mobility, improve strength and balance, educate on proper breathing, and assist in returning to normal activities of daily living.  The methods of rehabilitation most often shown to bring balance to the body and its different associated systems are Pilates and Yoga. 


Along with manual Physiotherapy and Pilates/Yoga therapy, modalities such as ultrasound, hot/cold, pulsed electro-magnetic field (PEMF) therapy may be included.
