PRIVATE PHYSIO PILATES/YOGA SESSION

Each client begins their personal one on one session with a full assessment by a Registered Physiotherapist. A treatment plan is then established based upon findings and information conveyed and your journey to rehabilitation begins from here.

 

A private Physio-Pilates/Yoga session typically includes posture education, breath work, inner core strengthening, movement education, and a gradual progression of a home exercise program prescription.  Programs may include  the use of props and/or specialized equipment such as a Pilates reformer.
